Help with Minggly.
Camera trouble, a long wait or a question about Premium? Find the steps below. You can manage your account and subscription without starting a chat.

Camera or microphone not working?
If your own preview is blank, check that your browser allows minggly.com to use both your camera and microphone. Close any other app using them, and check your webcam's privacy shutter. If you previously chose Block, you may need to change the permission beside your browser's address bar.

Still waiting for someone?
You can only meet someone who is online in the same chat mode and whose preferences fit yours. Video and text chat have separate searches. If the wait is long, choose Stop, open Settings and try Any country or Anyone, then start again. A specific language can also mean fewer people to meet.
Interests help you find common ground, but you can still be matched with someone who chose different topics. Premium gives you priority when a suitable person is available; it cannot shorten a wait when nobody fits your choices. See how the filters affect your search.
Why am I being asked to join again?
Minggly remembers your preferences and 18+ confirmation when you return in the same browser. Private browsing, cleared browser data or a long break can mean you need to join again. You may also need to confirm updated rules.
If you have Premium, return with the Google account or recovery email you connected to Minggly. Before changing devices or clearing browser data, open Account to link Google or verify an email while you can still access your subscription.

What can I use for free?
Text chat, video chat, language preferences and interests are free. Country and gender filters are part of Premium. The optional I am choice, which describes you rather than who you want to meet, is free too. Minggly is for adults aged 18 and over and has no age filters.
Premium applies to both modes and adds priority search, fewer pauses when you skip quickly and a badge. The offer is 1 day free, then US$9.99 per week, automatically renewing until cancelled. Read what the subscription includes or go to Account to manage billing. Closing the page does not cancel a subscription.
Want to keep meeting people?
Open Settings → Matching, turn on Auto connect and choose Done. Once you start chatting, Minggly will look for someone new when the other person leaves. Auto connect is off unless you choose to turn it on.
Stop, Report and Block end the search even when Auto connect is enabled. Opening the site does not automatically start chatting or turn on the camera. Next is for moving directly to another conversation; Stop is for taking a break.
Something happened in a conversation
You can leave at any time with Stop. Use Report for behaviour that breaks the rules, and check the confirmation that your report was saved. Block keeps that account out of your future matches while you use the same Minggly account.
The safety guide explains report evidence and moderation. You do not need Premium to use these controls. For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting for a report review.
