Subscription help

Manage, cancel or restore Premium.

Check a payment, cancel your next renewal or bring Premium to another device. One subscription covers both text and video chat.

18+ only. Free text and video chat. Country and gender filters require Premium.

One day free, then US$9.99 each week

New subscribers get a one-day free trial. After that, Premium costs US$9.99 per week and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial.

Premium includes country and gender filters, priority search, fewer pauses when you skip quickly and a Premium badge. Priority helps when someone fits your preferences; it does not guarantee an immediate match. Read how matching filters work if you are deciding whether to subscribe.

How to cancel renewal

  1. Open your account in the browser you used to subscribe. On another browser, sign in with your linked Google account or restore access using your verified recovery email.
  2. Choose Manage billing to open your subscription securely with Stripe.
  3. Choose the cancellation option and complete its confirmation. Check the end date shown there.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your current trial or paid period continues until its end date. Closing a chat, signing out or deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription.

You can also use Manage billing to view your billing history or update your payment method. You can still open it after Premium ends, as long as you can sign in to the account used for the purchase.

Keep your purchase when you change devices

Before you change devices or clear browser data, open Account or Save or restore purchases in the Premium sidebar. Do this in the browser where Premium is working. You can save access with Google or email, before or after subscribing.

With Google: connect the Google account you want to use, then sign in with that same account on your other device. If it already belongs to a different Minggly account, you may see an account conflict. Keep the original browser open and manage your subscription there; purchases do not automatically move between accounts.

With email: in Account, choose Save this browser’s purchases, enter your address and request a secure link. Open that verification link in the same browser where you requested it. This confirms your email and saves a way to return to your purchase.

When you need to return on another device, open Account there, choose Restore purchases and enter the email you verified with Minggly. Open the new recovery link in the browser where you want to use Premium.

Each email link works once and expires after 15 minutes. If it has expired or you have already used it, request another. Keep the links private: anyone who can use a recovery link can access your account.

Your checkout email is not automatically a recovery email. An address entered at Stripe checkout is for billing. Verify it separately with Minggly while you still have access to your account.

Paid, but Premium is missing?

Open Account and choose Refresh subscription status. There may be a short delay after checkout. If Premium is still missing, check that you are using the browser where you subscribed, or sign in with your linked Google account or verified recovery email.

If you see a message that your payment needs attention, open Manage billing to check it. Do not subscribe again to fix a missing purchase. Your account page also shows when your current access ends and whether renewal has been cancelled.

What if I did not save a way to sign in?

If Premium still works in your original browser, keep it open and connect Google or verify an email now. Without one of those options, clearing cookies, switching browsers or closing a private-browsing window can leave you unable to reach your purchase. Access can also expire after a long break.

If you have already lost access and never connected Google or verified an email, there is no automatic way to restore that purchase. Using the same Wi-Fi or IP address will not bring it back. Starting a new anonymous account will not restore Premium or cancel the old subscription.

Check your subscription and save your account before you switch devices.
