Community rules
Minggly is a place for adults to meet and talk. Everyone follows the same rules, whether they use free chat or Premium.
18+ only. Free text and video chat. Country and gender filters require Premium.
Only adults may participate
You must be at least 18 years old to use Minggly. Do not invite minors or allow them to appear in your video, including in the background. If you believe another participant is underage, leave and report the conversation.
Minggly is a social chat service, not a sexual-content service. Nudity, sexual activity, sexual exploitation and requests for sexual material are not allowed.
Respect the person on the other side
No threats, hate, targeted harassment or impersonation. Do not pressure someone to share personal details, stay in a conversation, turn on a camera or move to another service. Nobody owes you their time or an explanation for leaving.
Keep other people's information private. Do not publish their identity or contact details, and do not record or rebroadcast a conversation without their consent. Consent to chat is not consent to appear in a social media post.
No scams, spam or attempts to bypass safeguards
Do not request money through deception, send bulk advertising or use bots that pretend to be people. Do not submit false reports, evade blocks or bans, or interfere with another person's access to the service.
Premium changes matching options. It does not buy an exception to the rules or remove safety and abuse controls. Violations can lead to warnings, restrictions or a ban.
Leave first when something is wrong
Use Stop to end a conversation, Next to move on, or Block to avoid matching with that user again. Report behaviour that breaks these rules. Include a brief, factual explanation rather than continuing an argument to collect more evidence.
