Stop, block or report

Stop ends your conversation and stops your camera and microphone. Use Next when you want to meet someone else. You can also hide incoming video or mute your microphone without buying Premium.

Block ends the chat and prevents your current identity from matching with that user again. It cannot recognise every new identity a person might create. Report is for behaviour that breaks the rules: sexual content, someone who appears underage, harassment, spam or another problem. Reporting ends the conversation and blocks the pair, so you do not need to stay connected while describing what happened.

Choose a reason and add a short explanation if it will help. Check the confirmation that your report was saved. If saving fails, use the retry option. A saved report means it was received; it does not mean a moderator has already reviewed it. Minggly is not an emergency response service.

What a report can contain

A report can include up to three recent still images of the reported person and the last twenty messages, supplied by the reporting browser. Authorized operators can review that evidence and take action. Browser-supplied evidence is not independent proof of what happened, so it must be considered in context.

Report images and message excerpts normally expire after seven days. Serious incidents may be preserved for review with a recorded reason. The privacy page explains evidence retention and who can access it.

Adults only does not mean everyone has been verified

You must be 18 or older to join. Minggly currently asks you to confirm this yourself. That confirmation, Google sign-in and a visible face do not verify age or identity. Do not bring minors into a conversation, including in the background of your video. Stop and report if you believe someone is underage.

Do not send your address, passwords, payment details or other identifying information. Be cautious about requests to move to another site, send money or open an unfamiliar link. Another person may record their screen even when doing so breaks the rules.

How moderation works

An authorized operator can observe an active conversation for safety review. This access is explained in the joining consent; there is no separate notice when a review starts. Video observation includes audio and video, but the operator cannot speak into your conversation. Stop ends your chat and the observation feed.

Conversations are not watched continuously. Review coverage is limited, and a successful connection does not mean a moderator is present. Browser video screening may hide inappropriate content, but it can miss incidents or hide harmless video. Face-visible checks do not prove that footage is live or that a person is an adult.

A face or video check also cannot reliably identify every scam, threat, grooming attempt or abusive audio conversation. Use your own boundaries and the chat controls rather than assuming a screen has made someone trustworthy.
