Is Premium worth it for you?

If you are happy to see who you meet, start free. Both modes let you have a full conversation, try someone new, and use interests or a language choice without subscribing.

Choose Premium when you want more say in who you meet. You might want to hear about life in a particular country, or prefer chatting with a particular gender. You can use those choices in video and text without buying separate subscriptions.

More filters can mean a longer wait. Priority search helps when someone suitable is available, but it cannot guarantee an instant match. Premium gives you fewer pauses when skipping quickly; protections against abuse still apply. Everyone follows the same community rules, and nobody needs to pay to block or report.

The trial, renewal and cancellation

1 day free, then US$9.99/week. New subscribers only. Renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

The trial is for new subscribers. Check the amount and first-charge date at checkout before confirming. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the first weekly charge.

After subscribing, open Manage billing in your Minggly account to see your renewal date, update your payment method or cancel. Closing a chat or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

When you cancel renewal, access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period shown in billing. Our subscription guide explains where to find these controls and what to check if Premium has not appeared after checkout.

Take your Premium with you

You can buy Premium while chatting anonymously. To keep access if you change devices or clear your browsing data, connect Google or add and verify an email under Save or restore purchases in Premium.

You can do this before or after subscribing, while you still have access to your account. If you choose email, open the verification link in the same browser where you added it. An email entered only at checkout does not set up recovery.

When you return on another device, use the same Google account or request a recovery link with your verified email. Recovery links work once and expire after 15 minutes. The subscription and recovery guide takes you through the steps; the terms cover the subscription in full.
