If you have used Joingy, you already know the appeal: choose a mode and meet someone outside your usual circle. Joingy offers free text and video chat without registration. Minggly keeps those two choices free too.

Give someone an easy question to answer
“What is a game you keep going back to?” or “Where would you travel if you had a week off?” can take a chat further than asking for someone’s age and location. Pick an interest you actually enjoy and follow your curiosity.
Minggly looks for shared topics when possible, but you can still meet someone whose interests are different. That can be part of the fun. You might leave with a film recommendation or a hobby you had never thought about trying.

When you want more choice
Premium adds country and gender filters, priority search, fewer pauses when skipping and a badge. One subscription covers text and video. It does not promise an immediate match; more specific choices can mean more waiting.

Choose Anonymous if you would rather not sign in with Google. You decide what to share with a stranger; they do not see your email address.

Find the conversation that suits your day
Choose random text chat when you want to think before replying, or video chat when a face and a voice make it easier to connect. Either way, you can leave whenever you want.
